Our offices will be closed on Thursday & Friday, November 24-25th for Thanksgiving. Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day. Orders placed BEFORE 12 pm Eastern on Wednesday, November 23rd will ship same day.  Orders placed after that will ship on Monday, November 28th.  Thank you for your understanding.

When will my order arrive?

Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed when using our $2.99 ground shipping service because service levels vary by carrier, destination and days our office is closed. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and major U.S. holidays. SlipX Solutions ships from Northern Michigan and utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.

Many of our customers receive their order quickly – typically within 5 business days. Some customers may receive their order within 10-15 business days due to our warehouse location.

The further away you are from Michigan, the longer it may take for your order to arrive. Some customers in California, Florida, Texas, Hawaii and Alaska may experience longer delivery windows when the free ground shipping option is selected.
